Should I establish my SMSF with Individual or a Corporate Trustee?

How long does it take to establish my SMSF?

This could take anywhere from 2-28 business days or more. This is because the ATO has a series of checks it runs when a new person starts or joins an SMSF.

When can I organise my rollovers?

Typically, the management of your rollovers is overseen by your Financial Planner or may be handled independently by yourself. Once your Cash Management Account (CMA) has been established and validated with the Australian Taxation Office, rollovers can be processed.

Will you provide me with an investment strategy to complete?

We can provide a customisable investment strategy template that incorporates your own investment decisions related to the allocation of funds within your SMSF. You may choose to develop your own investment strategy or collaborate with a licensed financial planner to construct a tailored approach for your superannuation investments.

What information do you need to provide me with a quote?

To provide you with a quote we request a summary of the accounts and investments held by the SMSF and will also confirm the first financial year.

Will you make contact with my current Accountant/Administrator?

Yes, we certainly can. Subject to your authorisation, we will provide them with an Ethical Clearance Letter which outlines all the information and documentation we need to bring your fund up to date on our systems.

How long will the transfer take?

We are unable to specify an exact timeframe as we are relying on your existing Accountant to provide us with the information needed but our dedicated Transitions Team is responsible for ensuring a smooth, quick, and efficient transfer.

Will you do a health check on my fund?

Yes we certainly can. Once your fund is up and running on our system and the transfer is complete, we will arrange a health check and provide you with the results.

Who can I contact if I have any questions?
