in undertaking a property settlement include:<\/p><ul><li>Obtaining details of the property to be divided and reaching an agreement regarding the division<\/li><li>We prepare the Consent Order documentation and arrange signatures from both parties.\u00a0<\/li><li>The Consent Order documents are lodged with the Court to be formalised or \u2018sealed\u2019.
